Pam joined The Hagerman Group nearly 20 years ago. As the receptionist for our Fort Wayne office, Pam is the first person visitors meet when they visit. And her versatility and knowledge of the company often make her the first person our team members go to when they need resources for projects.
What do you enjoy most about working in construction?
It is rewarding to watch the building process, from marketing, estimating, and winning the bid to watching each step of building process, which is the fun part!

The teamwork. Having served in the military, I know what teamwork is, and Hagerman is exemplary.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I enjoy cooking, especially baking pies and cookies. I also enjoy working in my yard and spending time with my family and friends.
What’s a fun fact that people don’t know about you?
I love to travel and enjoy new experiences, like riding in hot air balloons, zip lining, and riding horseback on ocean shores. Give me 10 minutes to pack and I’m ready to go anywhere!
