Hagerman’s Masonry Team performed construction services involving CMU, brick, limestone and stone veneer for the 80,000 SF medical office building. A majority of the brick and limestone on the new building matches that on the 2007 building.
The facility was designed to house 45 to 50 physicians, nurse practitioners and advanced service providers and has 20 to 25 exam rooms per floor. The facility also includes a parking garage with a capacity of nearly 400 vehicles.
