Hagerman was selected as the concrete contractor for IKEA’s first store in Indiana, the brand’s 45th store in the US. The IKEA store has 50 room settings, three model home interiors, a supervised children’s play area and a 325-seat restaurant. The 289,000 SF single-story store has a solar panel rooftop that is among the largest in the state and a 1,000-space parking lot.
