Hagerman was selected as the CM for an addition and renovation project at the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville. Located in the heart of downtown Noblesville, the building is located on the main thoroughfare and was occupied during construction. With an ever-growing student membership and diverse program offering, the need for increased programmatic space and a desire to co-locate the club and community center activities was essential.
