TWE Nonwovens (formerly Vita Nonwovens) is a production facility providing thermo-bonding, needling, lamination, and die-cut capabilities. Hagerman constructed this 150,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) expansion of  an existing manufacturing facility. The expansion added five new docks and infrastructure for production equipment. The project delivery was design-build with a lump sum.

Serving the community since 2013, Vita Nonwovens hired Hagerman in 2013 and 2018 for expansions to their facility.
