SH America chose a shell building built by Hagerman for its first location in the United States. SH America is an electric vehicle battery cap plant. Upon opening, the plant will bring roughly 400 jobs to the community. SH America is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. In addition to the large assembly area, there are corporate offices, an employee lounge, an employee workout room, and conference rooms.

Unique materials used interior IMP demising and separation wall assemblies, making the project 99.99% particle-free.
