Wabash City Schools – a district serving 1,500 students and consisting of only four buildings – needed improvements to three of its four facilities. This project consisted of additions and renovations to Wabash Middle School, Wabash High School, and LH Carpenter Early Learning Center. It also included Alumni Field, a new synthetic turf field and track. Site development and technology upgrades were also included in the scope of work.

The first major component was connecting the middle and high schools with an enclosed hallway to ensure the safety of students and staff passing between buildings. Second, Coolman Gymnasium was expanded, including an HVAC renovation, practice gym, and locker rooms. Lastly, LH Carpenter Early Learning Center was renovated in its entirety. An eight classroom addition was built onto the existing building.
