If you know anything about Hagerman, you’re already aware that our standards are much higher than those of most in our industry. If your business maintains similar standards, we should be working together.
Prequalifying with Hagerman is easy and completely online through BuildingConnected.
Prequalification helps us better understand your business so that you get invited to bid work that is well suited to your firm’s operational capabilities and capacity. To help us evaluate your company’s work experience, capacity, and capital, we’re using TradeTapp by BuildingConnected, to offer you a simple, secure, and user-friendly qualification experience.
To begin, please ensure that your company has an account in BuildingConnected’s contractor network.
- If you have an existing BuildingConnected Account, sign in to your BuildingConnected account.
- If you do not have an existing BuildingConnected Account, create a new account: Create a BuildingConnected Account
- Click the following link to begin the prequalification process: Prequalify Now
- In BuildingConnected, click “Qualifications” in the left navigation menu.
- Click on the “TradeTapp Invites” tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate the invitation from The Hagerman Group and click “Open.”
- Complete all required fields and upload all required documents.
- Once all sections are complete, click “Submit.”
What happens next?
A select group of risk management associates will review your company’s information. Any financial information provided to us is restricted to a select group of risk management associates. We treat your information with the same respect, care and security as our own
By prequalifying, your company will be added to our list of approved vendors in BuildingConnected. We use BuildingConnected to manage our bid delivery process, develop bidder lists, and communicate with our trade partners about upcoming bid opportunities.
