Jay Bangert and Chad Eber have been promoted to new leadership positions at The Hagerman Group.
Jay Bangert has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.
In this role, Jay oversees project execution and serves as a resource for project executives, helping teams navigate challenges and apply concepts for success and continual improvement.
“For the past five years, I’ve only worked within healthcare, so while I’ll continue serving those clients, this new role increases my interaction with team members in our other vertical markets—institutional, education, industrial and corporate,” Jay said. “It’s great to be part of a company with opportunities for growth and a culture that empowers everyone to share ideas that make us better.”
While Jay began his career at Hagerman 19 years ago, his first experience with the company was as a college intern. With a focus on healthcare construction, Jay has advanced quickly into leadership positions including project executive. He holds several certifications, including Certified Healthcare Constructor, and is involved in multiple community and industry associations, from the local Indiana Subcontractors Association to the national American Society of Healthcare Engineers.
Congratulations, Jay, for your outstanding leadership in the construction industry and community!
Chad Eber has been promoted to Director of Yard Operations. As Director of Yard Operations, Chad coordinates with yard managers at each office location to provide resources for our field staff and operations, along with mentoring, coaching, and talent acquisition support.
Chad has been a loyal Hagerman team member for 22 years. Most recently the Director of Masonry Field Operations at Hagerman, Chad began his career as a bricklayer. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Chad also holds the Safety Trained Supervisor Construction® certification.
“The Hagerman Group is a great place to work and grow in my career, from the family atmosphere to the company’s willingness to train, mentor, and share lessons learned for continued improvement,” Chad said. “I’m excited about this new role and the opportunity to support the success of our field staff.”
