The Hagerman Group participated in a topping out ceremony for the new Huntington Police Department building, which was designed by Barton-Coe-Vilamaa. The ceremony, which took place Aug. 21, commemorated the last piece of steel being placed on the structure, and the beam was signed by police officers, City personnel, and project team members.
