Parkview Randallia was originally built by Hagerman in 1953 and had served as the main regional campus for Parkview Health for over 60 years. Following the construction of the new regional campus at the north edge of Fort Wayne, Parkview Health set forth a master planned development following nearly a year of study demonstrating a strong commitment to the community and reinvesting in its Randallia Campus. Multiple renovations such as a 25,000-square-foot Family Birthing Center and ICU, a Procedural Center featuring new services, Emergency Department renovations, Acute Care wing upgrades, a new entrance and exterior upgrades equate to a $70+ million total investment in the downtown campus.
“We have a wonderful relationship with Hagerman based on sound communication and cooperation that yields a quality product. They work with our local trade contractors and deliver on their commitments for win-win outcomes.”
- John Meister, Senior Vice President | Parkview Health
